A wild saccharomyces strain, producing high levels of esters when fermenting at high temperature. Citrus, mangoes and pineapple with slightly tart characteristics make this strain one of the best strains for producing wild specialty beers. This wild yeast is also gaining popularity for American IPAs, American pale ales and blonde ales due to its tropical and stone fruit flavors and aromas.
