FERMAID PERFORMENS M™ is a targeted yeast nutrient developed to support yeast performance under difficult fermentation conditions.

Derived from selected yeast strains (Saccharomyces cerevisiae and Metschnikowia pulcherrima), it delivers functional components beyond nitrogen, including lipids, amino acids, and micronutrients that support membrane integrity, metabolic activity, and yeast survival as fermentation conditions become more demanding.

Membrane protection under stress
- Rich in lipid fractions and polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFAs) that Saccharomyces cannot produce, which help maintain membrane integrity, preserving sugar transport and cell function — so yeast stay active instead of stalling as fermentations become more difficult.

- Supports metabolically active cells deeper into fermentation, rather than driving rapid early biomass production — so fermentations don’t run out of energy late.
High levels of essential micronutrients

Frequently used in: High-Brix, low-YAN, highly clarified (low NTU), or thermally stressed musts; low-oxygen, or reductive fermentations; spontaneous fermentations; any program where fermentation reliability and clean sensory outcomes are the priority

Usage: Suspend FERMAID PERFORMENS M in water or juice/must and mix well before adding, especially during fermentation to avoid CO₂ release and overflowing of vessel.
Storage: Dated expiration. Store at in a cool and dry environment at 18°C (65°F). Once opened, keep tightly sealed and dry.
