Full of vibrant berry flavors and an earthy complexity, the hop have quickly become a darling of the craft beer world. Released in 2012, Mosaic is a daughter of Simcoe and Nugget. The wonderful berry fruitfulness of Mosaic is complemented by a contrasting earthy and piney taste.

Mosaic brand HBC 369 was released in 2012 and is the second most popular aroma hop variety developed by the Hop Breeding Company.  It offers a unique and complex blend of floral, tropical, fruity, and earthy characteristics that translate very favorably into several styles of beer.  The daughter of the Simcoe® brand YCH 14 hop variety and a Nugget-derived male.

The taste ranges from natural, floral notes to both citrus and pine, and some people enjoy creating single-hop IPAs with this flavorful hop.
