Acidify your mash or water with this food grade Phosphoric acid.

When you’re using very pale malts it is easy to push your pH well above mashing pH range.

Using Phosphoric acid you can lower the pH.

There is no set amount to use, but a pH meter should be used and the Phosphoric acid added till you reach your desired brewing pH range.
