Product Description:
A non-diastatic dried malt extract, in the form of a coarse, free
flowing, hygroscopic powder.
Appearance: Yellow-brown powder
Odour: Full malty flavor with roasted note aftertaste
Taste: Sweet with a characteristic full malty flavour
Ingredients: Liquid Malt Extract
Allergen Information: Contains Gluten
Storage and Handling
Stored in an area suitable for food storage (i.e. a cool, dry, pest free
environment, away from strong odours, direct heat and sunlight.
A storage temperature of 5-20°C is recommended
Shelf life 2 years from the date of manufacture.
This applies to unopened product, stored as recommended
