It gives fruity aromas with a spicy
character, particularly cloves.
This strain will produce highly
refreshing and drinkable beers.

Total Superior Alcohols: 180 ppm at 13.5ºP at 20ºC in EBC tubes

Fermentation Temp: ideally 64.4 – 82.4ºF
Dosage Instructions: 50 – 80 g/hl
