BTF Iodophor – Iodine based no-rinse sanitizer

DESCRIPTION:

น้ำยาล้างอุปกรณ์ แบบไม่ต้องล้างออก เมื่อผสมน้ำตามสัดส่วนที่ถูกต้อง ป้องกันเชื้อเจริญที่ผิวสัมผัสของอุปกรณ์

ฟองน้อย เกรดอาหาร ไม่จำเป็นต้องล้างออก สัดส่วนการผสม 0.8ml ต่อน้ำ 1 ลิตร (16ml / 20L)

• Low-foaming, iodine based, no-rinse sanitizer.
• Best for use on pump, spray and CIP applications.
• May slightly stain vinyl tubing and plastic parts over time, but will not effect the functionality.

Iodophor Instruction:

1. Thoroughly clean surfaces with PBW or compatible cleaner.
2. Mix 0.5 oz. Iodophor for every 5 gal. of water.
3. Apply on surface with cloth, mop, sponge, spray, or immersion.
4. If using spray application, use a coarse mist, pump, or trigger sprayer and spray 6-8 inches from surface and follow up with a brush or sponge.
5. Allow for contact time of at least 1-2 minutes.
6. Drain, but do not rinse.
7. May slightly stain vinyl tubing and some plastic parts over time, but will not affect the functionality.
