Weyermann – CARAAROMA
CARAAROMA®
is caramelized barley malt, dark brown in color with a high colloidal
content and a glassy exterior. The taste is malty, sweet, coffee-like
with notes of aromatic roastiness.
EBC: 350 – 450
Lovibond: 130 – 170
Use: October Beer, Bockbier Dark Beer, Porter, Stout, Malt Beer, Nourishing Beer, Schankbier, Red Ale, Brown Ale, Malt-Liquor, Amber
Rate: 5 – 10% for Dark beer.
Result: Adds color and aroma to bread and baked goods and
coffee substitutes.
