Collected from one of the oldest breweries in Ireland. It’s one of the best strains for dark beers like stouts, porters and brown ales. Moderate attenuation compliments very well with a dry finish of roasty grains. Complex fruity esters increase when fermentation temperatures are higher than 18C, which help round out the overall flavors in the beers.
