Muntons Premium Gold Ale Yeast
An exceptionally balanced flavor profile and great performance characteristics. This English, top-fermenting strain produces pleasantly fruity ales with a soft character. After fermentation, the yeast settles very quickly and compactly creating brilliantly clear beers with a firm yeast deposit. This is particularly beneficial to bottle-conditioned beers when a clear, sediment-free beer is desired.
Fermentation Temperature: ideally 16-23C (62-72F)
